Permitted Use: The audio tracks included in this Toolkit are intended solely for songwriting inspiration and creative development. They may be used to assist in the creation of new musical compositions (melody, lyrics, arrangement, etc.), but they are not licensed for use as part of any commercial master recording, release, distribution, synchronization, or licensing.

Prohibited Use: The audio tracks provided may not be used, in whole or in part, as the final master recording in any commercially released or exploited work. This includes, but is not limited to, use in publicly distributed audio recordings, film, television, advertising, video games, or any other media requiring master use rights. Users may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the audio tracks as standalone products or as part of any sample pack, toolkit, or similar resource.

Master Recording Rights: All master recording rights in and to the original audio tracks remain exclusively with the creator of the Toolkit. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the tracks only for personal songwriting and demo purposes.

Composition Rights: The creator of the Toolkit claims no rights of authorship or ownership over any original lyrics, melodies, or musical compositions that Users create using the provided audio tracks. Users retain 100% ownership of any original compositions they develop using the Toolkit.
